We’re delighted to have provided much needed funds to support signposting and waymarking along the Cotswold Way, Pennine Bridleway and Thames Path national trials. Ramble Worldwide and the Ramble Worldwide Outdoor Trust are delighted to have provided this support, and hope that it helps many people enjoy the benefits of rambling and the great outdoor.
Working with National Trails UK, the only organisation that champions and strengthens the UK’s network of designated National Trails, the Trust recognise the value of helping everyone connect to nature and access our most precious landscapes.
Peter Edgerton, Ramble Worldwide Outdoor Trust Trustee explained why he feels this is such a worthwhile cause to support: “National Trails are helping to make the outdoors more accessible to the general public by improving the signage and interpretation of key paths throughout the country. This is a project we want to support as it fits well with our charitable aims.”
If your project or initiative aims to support outdoor-related activities for people from all communities, you may qualify for a grant. Simply click the link below and submit the online application form.
